  1. I enjoyed reading the paper as I found myself relating to her situation of having an ex boyfriend use the birthday as a leeway to make an apology seem fitting. Her audience can easily understand that this work is out of self experience, not anyone else’s. Therefore her kind of method choosen fits with the paper very well
  2. The way she presented her autoethnography had mixed order of events even though I could tell what she was implying. Most of her choosen moments where stated rather than explained. For example not explaining the significance of her birthday in relation to why did he apologised . Also what led to the apology, did they exchange words that where not meant to be said or he forgot their annivessary.
  3. Your introduction was your strongest section in the paper because I already knew that her main concern was about an abusive relationship. As well as forecast her set up of the paper. In overall it was well written with minimum grammatical error
